顏真卿（709年－785年），字清臣，雍州萬年縣（今陝西省西安市），祖籍琅邪郡臨沂縣（今山東省臨沂市），唐朝政治家、書法家。

Inside Story

This is a document of courtier incumbency. It first states the importance of the position, then, praises the virtue and ability of the officer, finally it states the rank of the position. Incumbency must receive approval from related department after it is completed, then forward to the hand of the courtier.
