蘇軾（1037－1101），北宋文學家、書畫家、美食家。字子瞻，號東坡居士。漢族，四川人，葬於潁昌（今河南省平頂山市郟縣）。一生仕途坎坷，學識淵博，天資極高，詩文書畫皆精。

Inside Story
|
The poem was written by Shu Tungpo on Cold Food Day after he was demoted to Huangchou for the third year. There were two poems. The first one wais about Tungpo‘s sorrow on the instability of life after went through a catastrophe of the accusation of the Wutaishih case. The poem was naturally composed without sophistication. The second poem stated that he wanted to serve the emperor with loyalty yet he was not allowed to do so. Cold Food Day was to commemorate Chieh Chichtui who was a man of refusing fame and fortune. He was dead in a fire. People did not cook food with fire on Cold Food Day and the food they ate Coo Food Day were prepared a day before. |

| 此帖，是蔡襄作詩上呈宋仁宗之作。在詩前是蔡襄向仁說進呈這首詩的原因。仁宗曾賜書並賜字「君謨」蔡襄，並且對蔡襄有很大的期望，希望蔡襄可以為天下國家盡力，蔡襄極為感動，也是備受榮寵，因此寫詩進呈。詩的大意是感謝皇帝對他的重視，稱讚皇帝的盛德，最後則說自己一定會為國家竭盡心力，讓皇帝的成就，可以上追上古的聖君明王。 |

| 此帖是王珣(王羲之的姪子)寫給親友的一封信。內容在說明王珣身體有疾，一直想辭官，但是獲準辭官命令下來之時，又有點突然，來不及通知親友。同時也在信中表達對親友的想念之情。 |
