【摘要】
|
這是黃庭堅向友人說明家中一些情形的書信。一則是提到友人的女兒嫁到黃庭堅的家中，而黃庭堅的母親對待媳婦就像是對待自己的女兒；這是要友人放心，不用擔心她在黃家會過得不好。另一件事是提到自己的弟弟及弟媳比他早逝後，他的頭髮就因為難得全部變成白色了，而最近又接到消息說位弟弟最聰明的小孩也去逝了，更讓他無法接受這個事實，心中非常難過。 |

庭堅頓首:辱教審侍奉萬福為慰。承讀書綠陰，頗得閑樂，甚善，甚善！欲為素兒錄數十為妙曲作樂，尚未就爾。所送紙太高，但可書大字。若欲小行書，須得矮紙乃佳。適有賓客，奉荅草率。 庭堅頓首立之承奉足下 |

A letter to a friend

Inside Story This is a letter Huang Tingchien addressed to a friend concerning some family matters. He asked the friend not to worry about his daughter who had married to Huang Tingchein. His mother treated the daughter well just like her own. In the letter, Huang Tainchien also mentioned the death of his younger brother and his wife. It was so hard for him to face such a tragedy that his hair turned into white. Recently he was aware of the death of his nephew who was the cleverest child among his brother’s children, which was even harder to accept the cruel fact and he was in deep grief.
