因為這是家書，所以黃庭堅便把家中成員一一點名，說明自己在旅途上感到寂寞，也思念家人，但是也請家人不要擔心，他很平安。然後，他叮囑家中要和氣，該要有的規矩不能不遵守；家中該要去上學的小孩子，也不能裝病不去上課。其他還在家中的小孩，都要小心照顧，不要出意外。 |

A letter to all family

Inside Story This was a letter sent to home. Huang Tingchien named every member of his family in the letter. He also talked about the loneliness in his journey and that his thoughts were with the family. He did not want them to worry him, he was sound and safe. In addition, he reminded them to keep harmony and follow rules; children must be diligent, they were not allowed to miss school by pretending sick. As for kids who were too young to go to school, they must be well taken care of and could not get involved in accidents.
