這篇是任命官員的公文。首先說明這份官職的重要性，其次讚美被任命的官員在德性與能力上，都符合這個職位。最後說明授與何種職位。公文寫成後，須要經過相關單位的同意後，才能到被任命官員的手中，所以六月十四日，公文完成後，在各個相關單位跑了兩天，到了六月十六日，才「告下」，才任命的命令交了被任職官員的手上。 |

Inside Story This is a document of courtier incumbency. It first states the importance of the position, then, praises the virtue and ability of the officer, finally it states the rank of the position. Incumbency must receive approval from related department after it is completed, then forward to the hand of the courtier.
