余始興公，故為僚宦。僕與叔晦為代，雅以文藝同好，其相得。於其別也，故以秘玩贈之，題以示兩姓之子孫異日相值者。襄陽米黻元章記叔晦之子：道奴、德奴、慶奴；僕之子：鰲兒、洞陽、三雄。 |

Mi Fu, Sung Dynasty
Inside Story Mi Fu wrote the letter in order to keep a profile of his friend Shumei. They were closed friends, therefore Mi Fu wrote down the names of their sons so that their descendants would know that the two families were good friends forever.
