|
海岱樓，在漣水(江蘇漣水)，是有名的風景名勝，米芾常去海岱樓上，遠眺風景。本詩即是形容從海岱樓上所看到風景：海口處波光粼粼，天際出現許多虹光。詩的後半引用吳剛伐桂的典故，來比喻自己的仕途常常受到小人的阻礙，而無法盡情發展。 |

【賞析】
|
這幅字帖特別處在於米芾抄錄了兩次詩文，中間米芾自己說明寫了三、四次，只有一兩個字是令他滿意的，也因此他覺得書法真的是一件很困難的事情。由此可見米芾在書法上的態度是十分地要求自己的。 |

|
中秋登海岱樓作目窮淮海兩如銀，萬道虹光育蚌珍。天上若無修月戶，桂枝撐損向西輪。三四次寫，間有一兩字好。信書亦一難事。目窮淮海兩如銀，萬道虹光育蚌珍。天上若無修月戶，桂枝撐損向東輪。雨三日未解，海岱只尺不能到，焚香而已。日短不能晝眠，又少人往還，惘惘。足下比何所樂？ |

A poem for Haiti Tower in Kiangsu Province
Mi Fu, Sung Dynasty
Inside Story Mi Fu often traveled to Haiti Tower in Kiangsu Province for its spectacular view. He described what he saw on the tower, as well as allegorized that his political career was blocked by some wicked people, thus he was unable to fulfill what he wanted to accomplish. What so special about this calligraphy is that the poem was transcribed twice. Mi Fu said he had tried three to four times, there were merely a couple of characters he was satisfied. He realized that calligraphy is not something easy to learn. Thus it can be seen Mi Fu had strict demand on writing calligraphy.
